When set report source it gives error :"Object reference is not set for an instance of an object

See Constructor of SubReport. it should not get values which is not set. i.e in my case
prm = common.ReportParameters.getParams("ResultCard");
This error means that there is a problem with the report you are trying to assign. Run it in preview to see the problem or assign it programmatically for a full stack trace that would point you to the
